I Really enjoyed this movie. Before seeing the movie i have seen and read everyones opinion on it Good and bad like many of you have and i can say people were seriously overreacting when it comes to Black Adam. The Action in the movie was fantastic, the humor worked, it had my whole theater cracking up (But it wasn't a comedy filled movie, trust me). Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam was amazing. He really stayed true to who Teth Adam is in the comics, Pierce Brosnan as Dr Fate was literally amazing. He embodies the role perfectly and I loved how they showcased his power set. Aldis Hodge as Hawkman killed it, He was the shot caller for the JSA and him and Black Adam have a good dynamic with each other both have very different views on how people should be brought to justice. In terms of Cyclone and Atom smasher, although they didn't really add much to the story like Hawkman and Dr Fate did, i still really enjoyed Cyclone and Atom smasher dynamic when they were on screen. Adrianna and Amon were good. People were saying Amon was annoying and he is but you understand why...Because his like any other kid, He loves superheros so it makes sense why he feels the way he feels toward Black Adam. From the CGI, Fight sequences, pacing, character devolvement of Black Adam i can say its a real Fan pleaser and a another win for DC in 2022. Excited to see more of these characters in the future.

Is the DC back on the mights & wits of it's long-established glory days, or are we still coping on the agents of averageness that wrought the facsimilized DCEU? Virtually, with Black Adam being signaled as the dawn of a new era for the DC Extended Universe it becomes more loudly obtrusive that we're right back where we left it all — dabbling in an appealing mess with the struggles of either giving up or giving in to the charisma. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (‘Jungle Cruise’) with a clogged-up script construction by Adam Sztykiel (‘Alvin and the Chipmunks’) alongside Rory Haines (‘Informer’) and Sohrab Noshirvani (‘The Mauritanian’) this latest addition in the DCEU extols itself as a huge win for ostentatious action sequences and crowd-pleasing combos of relatively jocular punchlines and an insane origin story. It hints the debut of rip-roaring feats coming ahead, but at the same time it nods to notes of curbing satisfying expectations, as Black Adam tends to preclude all agents of it's clever comic gesture with an uninspired screenplay. The outward unfolding of ineptness in story development by most installments is plainly appalling and by the looks of it, things are not going to be changing anytime soon, as ill-conceived — if not ill-advised scripts — have seem to become like a thread sewn into the fabric of the DCEU. Though Black Adam precludes all agents of it's clever comic gesture with an uninspired screenplay, it sure is entertaining at it's best with ostentatious action sequences and an insane origin story. So far, the film pays splendid homage to certain features of the seventh art like the 1966 magnum opus ‘The Good, the Bad and the Ugly,’ and occasionally there are relays of some jocose elements which is likely to succeed on some moviegoers — judging from the experienced reactions at patrol screenings, even though the humor is seemly languid and the jokes are not quite as mature to intrigue certain sense of humors. But as far as superhero movies goes, Black Adam isn't the worst thing to crawl out yet especially in a country that shows little-to-no appreciation for cinephiles or the cineplex, and even though it doesn't satisfy to the fullest, it still does captivate, and that is either a warning or a recommendation.

DC's Pepsi to Marvel's Coke, Avengers Wannabe / Unintentional Avengers Parody. I know DCEU and MCU are both based on their comic characters that've been around for decades, and I don't know which ones might've influenced / copied whom first, but I *do* know that Marvel was the first one out with massive line of closely released massively successful movie versions, so they've set the bar and are the ones to beat and "copy" as far the movies are concerned. Like my title indicated, Black Adam seemed liked a Avengers wannabe and almost seemed like a DC's version of an SNL parody of Marvel movies. It was a formulaic mishmash of multiple MCU characters and movies. Kahndaq: Mythical modern day African city with ancient roots and a rare supernatural mineral like Wakanda. Eternium: Rare mineral in Kahndaq with supernatural powers and is used for super high tech and much desired by criminal elements just like Vibranium in Wakanda. Black Adam: An x-normal human in Africa granted God-like: a) powers like Moon Knight and b) physique, speed and strength like Captain America. And with naiveite due to being in suspended animation for long time (5k years) like Captain America's 70 years and like Vision (albeit in his case, due to being an AI). He also seems to have powers greater than his superhero teammates like Vision and Thor. Hawkman: Human that relies on supernatural gadgetry like: a) pop-out metallic wings (used for flight and shields (for himself and others)), b) infrared vision goggles and c) variety of pop-up weapons (mace, battleaxe) like Falcon. Dr. Fate: Wise human sorcerer with ability to do all kinds of real magic tricks and see the future like Dr. Strange.Cyclone: Female human with ability to harness wind like Storm. Token young female / girl with "unusual" STEM skillz like Shuri. Atom Smasher: Human that: a) acquired (innate / gadget-driven) super-powers from a male (real / figurative) ancestor, b) can instantly grow to several times his size and c) has a bumbling personality like Ant Man. Token young bumbling man / boy like Spiderman (or as I like to call him, Spiderboy). Literally has "Smash" in his name and sure enough, "smash"-es things like The Hulk. Adrianna Tomaz: Emotionally strong and tough human (real / figurative) mother with no-superpowers 1like Aunt May. Flying Fox(?): Super high-tech jet that ferries all the superheroes like the Quinjet. Formulaic plot: Pulls from several Marvel movies like Force Awakens pulled from New Hope. Superheroes (esp. the two lead ones) fight each other like in Civil War.
